Official author support may be available only if you purchase directly from the original developer.

5. Product Updates

  • Downloads and updates are accessed through your account dashboard.
  • Once the subscription term ends, update access stops unless renewed.

6. Customer Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • All activity under your account is your responsibility.
  • You must not share your account or redistribute downloaded files.

7. Account Termination

SkillTechIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, harassment, piracy, account sharing, or security concerns. No refunds are issued for terminated accounts.

8. Product Delivery

  • After successful payment, account access and download links are sent via email.
  • Delivery usually occurs within 5–10 minutes, but may take up to 30 minutes.
  • Please check spam or promotions folders if the email is not received.

Opening a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider without contacting us first may result in account or IP restrictions.
