Because digital products don’t ship back in a box.

1. No Physical Returns

SkillTechIQ sells digital products only (themes, plugins, files, and downloadable resources).
Since no physical goods are shipped, returns are not possible.

Once a digital product is delivered and accessed, it cannot be returned in the traditional sense.

2. Digital Product Access = Used

A product is considered used once:

  • It has been downloaded
  • Access to the file has been granted
  • License or account access has been activated

For this reason, digital items cannot be returned after download or access, except under the refund conditions already outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. What to Do If There’s an Issue

If you experience any problem such as:

  • File corruption
  • Missing files
  • Installation issues

Please contact our support team first. In most cases, issues are resolved by:

  • Providing updated or refreshed files
  • Offering setup or usage guidance

Returns are not applicable for:

  • Theme or plugin conflicts
  • PHP or WordPress version incompatibility
  • Hosting-related issues
  • User configuration errors

4. Membership & Plan Access

  • Membership access cannot be “returned” once any product is downloaded.
  • If no downloads have been made, eligibility for a refund is governed strictly by our Refund Policy.
  • Subscription renewals are not returnable or reversible once processed.

5. Abuse Prevention

To protect against misuse, we monitor:

  • Download history
  • Account activity
  • IP and access logs

Any attempt to request a return or refund after downloading products may result in denial of the request and restriction of account access.

6. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing or accessing any product on SkillTechIQ, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand digital products are non-returnable
  • You agree to this Return Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy
